Complaint / review text:
We "purchased" a Nissan UD290 cab from AMT on the 22 November 2014. We followed up on delivery on the 26 November to be told that no proof of payment had been received. We resent the proof and a delivery date was set for the first week in December. On the 2 December we received a call from Gerhard who was to deliver the cab, he informed us that the cab we paid for was no longer available and that one of lesser quality was available. We refused and an e-mail war insued. Samatha than commited in paying back our R68 000-00 in thirty days, which was a like the delivery of the cab. We have turned to our lawyer but no refund has been made yet. Not one phone call was received from AMT as to what went wrong.
