I arranged a year end function for my company, with a special treat on the cards at Jo Malone. I am an existing client there so I know the level of service. I was however horribly surprised by the bad experience we had on 5 December 2014 (after I had carefully planned and scheduled this event two months prior). Half the ladies were not attended to (after full payment was received from Jo Malone). No warm welcome was provided, and the arranged snacks and drinks looked sloppy and half put together. I brought this to Megan Wainwright's attention (The Product Manager) on several times (phone calls, left messages for her and emails). She responded to an email with NO APOLOGY and has since been very quite (no response to my reply thereafter). I find this totally unacceptable and question whether a place like Jo Malone truly value our support. Their attitude towards this situation is very disappointing, and I unfortunately will not recommend them to anyone. I have lost complete faith in Jo Malone.
