Renault SA - you have completely and utterly disappointed as a brand.
This is my 3rd Hello Peter report in 5 months. Since acquiring my new Megane Coupe in April 2013, the A/C has never worked properly. After Renault failing numerous attempts to fix it, and numerous more attempts to provide an explanation, I am quite at a loss of what to do next, except to distance myself from the Renault brand as quickly as possible.
Is there a plausible, justifiable excuse for failing to resolve an apparent minor issue after 22 months and counting?
Although Renault Paardeneiland has proven quite unable to do their job. I want to clarify that the root of my complaint with the Renault brand - failure to manage one area of your business, is failure to manage any area at all. It is simply not good enough to pass the buck to the dealership. I want this dealt with by someone associated with Renault HQ.
