Complaint / review text:
I am very disappointed with your booking and customer service agents for the following reasons; they do not understand English very well, so they could not provide assistance as needed. They could not E-mail to me a confirmation for my planned trip. I completed a follow-up on the request (hotel reservation) and discovered the agent had not finished his/her task; but she had time to charge my American Express card. I can not tolerate unnecessary stress from incompetent people. There are other companies wanting to accommodate!
