Quick update on my warranty claim with Mattress 1 in Mount Dora, Florida. They are not returning calls. Still no notification on warranty claim. They are not responding to any of my recent emails. Still no refund. Still no contact from the local Simmons rep or their Quality Manager.
Still no indication what they want to do with the defective mattress. Again I can return it to them, they can pick it up or I can donate it a charity of their choice like some companies do.
My back still hurts from sleeping on this mattress.
Seems interesting how I have only bought a few mattresses over my 60 years... Go to store, test it out, buy it, use it for 10-15 years before having to buy a new one. Then I go to Mattress1 and go through two mattresses in a few months—paying top dollar for mattresses then have these end up being defective mattresses.interesting comment on quality and customer service.
Do you know if Mattress 1 is going out of business?
