After looking at mattresses at different stores in our area, I bought a Sealy mattress at Sears in August 2014 because we thought Sears is a reputable company and if there were any problems with it we wouldn't have any trouble. By June 2015, it was sagging so bad I felt like I was laying in a sinkhole and it gave me severe back pain (I'm 5'7" and 122 pounds). Called Sears warranty department and they told me what pictures to take and email them to them. So I did that and they contacted Sealy and they said the sag was not deep enough. I tried explaining to them, it was when I lay on it that the mattress sags really bad and told them of the back pain it was giving me. No one cared - Sears would not do anything about it since Sealy said no. So we talked with several different people at Sears trying to resolve this but nothing was done so that I could replace the mattress. So I ended up having to throw this $700 purchase in the trash, after just 9 months even though THERE WAS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY! And buy a new mattress or else suffer getting up all night and in the morning with intense back pain. Now with my new mattress, no more getting up all night, no more back pain. Never, ever again will I buy a Sealy product and Sears has lost me and my family as a customer.
