After waiting more than 20 minutes on hold (not an unusual length of time - you should always have something that you can do while on hold BEFORE you call ADP). The person who answered asked for our company code and service center - she couldn't hear me but she continued to ask the same question more than 10 times - then she hung up! Since you need to enter your phone number at the beginning of the call she could have called back but no one did.
Waited another 20 minutes and was only able to have one of our two issues resolved. One required tech support and the ADP rep said their hold line was too long for him to wait for the call to be transferred.
Today was just another only too typical experience of how much work and time it takes to use the "time saving" ADP product.
I am writing this review today and will every day I have an issue with them. Someone/somewhere could potentially see these and ask what I usually do "How come people think this service is good"?
