This message is for you specially and also for those customers who are unfortunate users of lenovo handsets presently.
I have got a rebooting issue (LENOVO A6000) which primarily owing to battery issue. On power phone works absolutely fine and without a single instance of reboot. I even tried battery of other handset of this mobile and worked fine.
Battery was showing 100% and instantly 0%.
It was clearly explained to the service centre representative very well. But much to my amusement they had changed the on / off switch button.
And now when I m there to collect my phone, these people handover switched off mobile and when I checked it. The phone again went off.
These illiterate and useless engineers doesn't do a check before giving back the handsets. They want the phone to be submitted to them but so lazy and ridiculous in their attitude to work on them
This service centre located at Parsvnath Arcadia Ground Floor Sec 14 Gurgaon.
Lenovo company should realise that selling the phone is not the ultimate goal. There should be a proper after sales service and this service centre is totally useless. Illiterate, uneducated and unprofessional staff has been hired to play with our handsets.
I could say so about this worthless service centre because today itself I witnessed 2 customers out of which 1 is literally harassed because he has given his phone 5 -6 times in last 6-7 months and defect still prevails.
Engineers hired by Lenovo are Chu, have no idea about the technicalities of the issue involved with the phone. They just keep the phone with them for weeks and do nothing.
I really doubt that based on my job sheet the engineer procured the new battery from company and withheld the same in order to make money. Everyone knows a new battery would fetch no less than 500-1000 these days.
When phone is in warranty, these service centres are doing minimal repairs and no replacement as if they are going to empty their pockets.
And once the phone is out of warranty, they gave estimates of 6k-7k for a 10k phone.
I expected Lenovo to stand a bit higher than this cheap and double standard attitude but unfortunately this company is no different. Should rank at the top in the list of poorest customer service provider in country now
