Complaint / review text:
Over the past week, I have been harassed by Facebook prohibiting me from making posts for 24 hours and up to a week for posts/photos that did not violate their policies/standards. There is nowhere on Facebook to appeal this process, so the unlawful harassment has continued. The most recent harassment and violation of the law happened this morning where I posted a pic of Blue Klux Klan showing a police officer who often time belong to racist, terrorist organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan. The picture is not offensive or harassing, or violent in any way, shape or form and did pose any threats, etc. To which Facebook outlines in their community standards: Direct Threats, Self-Injury, Dangerous Organizations, Bullying and Harassment, Attacks on Public Figures, Criminal Activity, Sexual Violence and Exploitation, Regulated Goods.
I will follow up with a legal claim against Facebook and FCC, BBB complaint and claims. Tired of Harassment by Facebook and corruption within Law Enforcement is my career objective and freedom of speech that violates no state or federal laws. Facebook is seriously damaging my reputation and ability to post and express non-violating pictures, i. E., without interruption.
