I will be filing a BBB complaint. I am very unsatisfied with the processes they have in place. I stayed at the embassy suites dallas market center for 2 nights for my anniversary. I woke up the next morning and EVERYTHING started falling apart. Pipe unerneath the sink broke, microwave was making noise, water was luke warm not hot, toilet stopped flushing for awhile, blood stains on sheets, nasty stain on wall near inn table, and the hotel did not put any notation into the system reguarding my complaints. Because of that Hotels.com has prompted me to "get a hold of the hotel myself" and "have them credit back hotels.com so they can credit me". These were quote from the manager at Hotels.com i AM INFURIATED! I paid almost $300 for this hotel and it fell apart on me on my 2 year anniversary and now i cant receive any compensation due to the hotel lying about me making a complaint. I have pictures and everything still nothing anyone can do!
