Do not order frm vistaprint! I ordered a product and paid extra for shipping to receive it within 7 days, in time for Christmas. I was told I would receive it on or before 12/22. By 12/23 I had not received it so I tried to call to complain and get an update. I called the only customer service number I found on their website (1.866.614.7996). There was no way to get to a real person. I tried # for being a new customer, I tried entering my number, I tried all the options possible and it was the same automated message.in fact, the message said my order would arrive on or before 12/21, a day earlier than the email said. I chose the option for further help, and it said to use their website to email them. Well of course you get a response with 48 hours. That is not helpful. If someone is not available to talk in person, which they should be, they should at least respond to your email faster. After writing an unpleasant email I searched for their locations, found the only one in the US, and called that location. The operator was unavailable and if you chose customer support it went back to the same automated system. I finally found the number 1.866.811.1674. I hit # for being a new customer (even though I am not) and then chose option 6. Finally I got through to an actual person (even though the person was in India and was extremely difficult to understand). But he looked for my order and found that for some reason it was sent to the post office instead of to UPS, even though I paid a significant amount more to get it in 7 days. He did refund what I paid for the extra shipping, but I will not receive the product until a week after Christmas. I will never order from Vistaprint again. They should not make you jump through hoops to talk to an actual person, and they should not "accidentally" send it to the wrong place to be shipped. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau but my complaint did not qualify (?!). I wish I would have searched for Vistaprint reviews before I ever bought.
