I have a Sirius satellite radio as well as my husband. I have had so many problems with Sirius trying to get ahold of someone, being hung up on, rude service, extreme excessive hold times and representatives that I cannot understand due to language barriers. My husband sold his vehicle that had a satellite radio in it and asked that his services be canceled several months ago. We continued to receive bills and tried multiple times to reach the cancellation department with no luck. My husband spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone last night to only be hung up on and the promise to fix the problem, made by the representative was not honored. My husband called back today and was treated poorly and argued with. I am utterly disgusted by their service, or lack of.
