Purchased Serta Mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Garner NC December 2010.
Filed complaint January. Mattress Marshall found defective, replacement delivered April. Complaint filing to replacement 3 months.
Next week indented areas of 2 inches both sides. Filed complaint received replacement August 2011. Took 4 months. Two days indentations visible.
Mattress Warehouse has terrible, rude customer service. Their headquarters offered replacement same mattress or store credit of $1500 we paid $1900. Would not explain price difference.
Serta customer service says if they keep replacing warranty is honored. They did not care 2 of the same brand were defective.
Save yourself aggravation, heartache Avoid Serta and Mattress Warehouse.
