I am extremely frustrated with Air Canada's services. First I was informed, at check in, that the AC 739 flight from Toronto to San Francisco (Dec 28,2011) was overbooked and the airline could not guarantee that I would board my flight, as scheduled. They gave me a boarding pass with a GTE for the seat. Although I have an international passport (Brazil) nobody advised me that I would need a I-94 form to the US immigration. After waiting hours in the immigration line I had to go back all the way to the AC counter to get an I-94 form. Then when I arrived too close to departure at the gate, the AC agent asked me where I had been! It could be quite comic if it was not so distressful. To complete my nightmare experience with AC my luggage did not arrive, I couldn't locate one single AC agent at the San Francisco airport to make a complaint, and had to deal with call centers in India, with agents misspelling my name. AC charges a lot for this dysfunctional set of services. This was definitely my last flight with this airline.
