Customer Service and dealers work hand in hand to ignore and delay resolving issues that should be covered under warranty. I own a 2011 Accord sedan and I've been driving with a shimmy for the past 6 months or so and the dealer is refusing to acknowledge the issue even though I drove with the service manager twice and his response was "nothing abnormal"!? Where it says in the owners manual that the car drives with a shimmy!? This is my first Honda and last, I'll go back to Nissan which I owned for 10 years w/o any issues.
