Complaint / review text:
1. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
2. Since being with Bell for over 10 years, the service continued to decline, to the point where contact with their reps became stressful.
3 Since signing with Bell in 2001, my bill doulbled, while the Customer Service declined.
4. When I cancelled my account, that was a nightmare in itself, they constantly kept sending Bills for months, even though my account was cancelled months ago.
