JP Morgan have the worst customer service. They are not properly trained, they tried to insult my intelligent by telling me that I misunderstand what their customer rep was saying to me. It was as clear as day, I completely understood what he was saying. With customer reps like that they will bring JP Morgan down on its own. They give conflicting information and expect you to take the blame for "misunderstanding" them. Their retirement specialist, arent even specialist. JP Morgan reps don't even know anything.
