We bought a mattress, it got depressions, they took it back and we got another.
The 2nd got depressions as well and we called, the tech said it was only 1 1/4" deep and needs to be 1 1/2" deep to return it according to the new rule. We waited so the depressions would get deeper and our backs would get worse. Now when we call to have them come measure it again they say the technician wrote on his report that there is a small yellow stain on the mattress. The stain voided our warrentee and they will do nothing for us.
Anyone know how to file a class action suit?
