I had purchased 2 Epson WP-4530 printers for our business. They worked fine for about 3 months, then all sorts of problems with the ink cartridges occurred. On one printer the color cartridges regurgitated their ink all over the desk. The cartridges were factory Epson cartridges. Replaced the cartridges, and not only did they continue to leak, the printer would no longer print in color - only black and white. The second printer started misprinting color. Replaced the cartridges - resolved the problem for about an hour, then started misprinting again. Called Epson. They sent me two new printers under warranty. Set them up, only to find that the new printer cartridges enclosed did not contain any ink. I wish i had never bought these printers. Nothing but trouble with the expensive Epson ink cartridges. They said they'll send me 8 new cartridges, however obviously I really have to question their quality. 8 brand new Epson cartridges sent to me direct from Epson is more than a coincidence with respect to quality.
