Around February 23,2013 I returned a call to and insurance agent, Tony Lennox per message left in regards to my search for health insurance. The call was handled very professionally. I was set up with Optimum One for health and Fidelity for life insurance. The call lasted about two hours. The call was confirmed by recording. The health policy hard copy has not been received by me. $495.00 deducted from my account on February 28,2013. The insurance cards arrived on March 4th, 2013. The information is useless to my providers of care, as information for coverage can't be found. Fidelity policy arrived on March 8,2013. It isn't a life insurance policy but and accidental death policy. Fidelity deducted and additional $19.80 on this date, even though deduction on the 28th of February was to include first payment to Fidelity.
