December 2012 T-Mobile employee Kiley of Honolulu tried to assist me with purchasing a gs3 phone... Qouted me $280.00 after mentioning. The account been 5-6 years old purchased phones at $499.00 each... He did mentioned that the new pkan he was signing up for includes paying full price for the phone... Rebate took 4-5 months ti resolve... Manager said basically no can do cause I signed the contract... Mainland customer service hung up after hearing concerns... Only fax number and new Mexico po box address given... Very low rating on customer service... Guest there's no such thing as a value customer with T-Mobile... Tried to call back Kiley... Response was he busy gave return number... After 40 minutes called back to learn he went to lunch... Like I said poor customer service... Sometimes you wonder people get upset.
