Complaint / review text:
I have a Motorola Baby Monitor with a wall charger that is breaking. I contacted them to find a way to order a replacement charger for the monitor. I was told they don't sell replacement parts for monitors. However, if I was within my 1 year warranty they could send us replacements. All I need is a charger; instead I will have to buy an entirely new monitor (Approx. $300) for the charger. They recommended I go to Amazon, which I had already did, and the charger sold there does not fit. And the Amazon seller is unreachable. They assisted me in no way. As a cell phone, electronic company, that often has chargers attached to most of their products, you would think they would either send a new charger or give me the option to purchase one. They are ridiculous.
