I have been receiving robocalls in the middle of the night from Amex regarding my sister-in-law's card for months. I have called customer care several times to tell them she does not live here and never did... And yet the calls continue. I called customer care... The rep was of no help at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she put me on hold for 13 minutes, only to come back to say the supervisor was busy. Amex customer care is incompetent on their best day. What an embarrassment.
