Complaint / review text:
This is the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. For two days now, yahoo has blocked me out and asked me to answer a question "What is your youngest child's nickname?" I DONT HAVE ANY CHILDREN NOR DID I SET THAT QUESTION UP!!! Yahoo also wants to send me a code to my alternate email address which is linked to my yahoo. REALLY?!?!? How can i get the code, if i cant log into yahoo!!!
i will change email address just as soon as i can!!!
