Complaint / review text:
My parcel was sent out from Bloemfontein on the 17th of February. It was apparently delivered the next day, I didn't receive it and nobody came to my house - I am at home all day and my desk has a very clear view of the gate. My parcel was signed for by a person named Divan, I do not know a Divan, there are no Divans living on this property and no one who works on this property is named Divan.
Bloemfontein Fastway was emailed by my supplier on the 26th of February, 3rd of March and 4th of March before they received a response, on the 3rd and 4th of March they CCed Johannesburg branch but no response. I then emailed four different Johannesburg accounts regarding my parcel, I was redirected to Bronwyn Holmes in two of the emails, she stopped responding after I told her the parcel did not reach me and that I'd like to know the whereabouts of my parcel.
She has not responded since the 6th of March 1:30 PM.
My supplier has called several times during this problem to no avail, her call keeps being dropped and she cannot get through to anyone.
