I am utterly disappointed in Sterling Auto and GM SA for this Faulty brand new utility I was sold.
The vehicle has 4000km and 3 months old with a noisy clutch - it has been sent to Reeds N1 City for repairs that came back worse than it was when I sent it in. Its been with them for 2weeks and still no solution.
The clutch was replaced and the vehicle sent to a After Market Gearbox repairer - all this for a brand new vehicle?
I have no trust in the product, Sterling Auto, GM SA & Reeds N1 City. I don't believe I should settle for a brand new vehicle that has been worked on so extensively. I have given them the opportunity to correct what is wrong and it cannot be done. I am now using my right according to the CPA to return the faulty vehicle and demand a reversal in the transaction.
GM SA and Sterling auto push me from pillar to post as to who is taking responsibility for this.
As a logistics Manager I would not recommend this vehicle for any type of use. This saddens me as I have only had joy with my previous generation Corsa Utilities.
I have lodged my complaint with MIOSA and contacted my attorney - i'm having no joy from either Entities and left with no other choice
