Complaint / review text:
I made an application to the HPCSA in June 2013 for the upgrade of qualification & emailed proof of payment on the 12/06/2013, with all supporting documents posted to the HPCSA on the 19/06/2013. After repeated failed follow ups with incompetent individuals labelled as"consultants", I had finally got into direct contact with Modern Ramare, on the 19/08/2013, & she responded to my emailed query on the 27/08/2013, at that point the docs could not be located as it couldn't be tracked. On the 10/04/2014, I once again approached Modern, &through her follow ups she informed me that the docs were sitting at a different department, because the copy of degree submitted was not notarised as per requirement, yet I received no feedback about this, I'm not telepathic to have envisioned this during that passing year. I then submitted the correct notarised doc &once again have yet to receive feedback since, on follow up today with Jennifer Duplessis I was told the documents were not captured???
Now as far as I understood, this is a professional body, must I still then do an application, phone the staff and also instruct them on how to process the application? As clearly they are incapable!!!
