Complaint / review text:
So here we are - in December I had my VW Polo serviced. I made them aware that my fan/aircon was making a noise. Now aside from the fact that they did not fix other things they also did not give me any feedback on this specific issue. I March I got a call from someone who told me the part has arrived. WHAT PART!?!?!?!? Then she told me without an explanation as to why I was not informed of this not being done in the first place. When she informed me that I need to bring my car in - I said I can't just do that as I was of the understanding that everything was done on the day of the service. I requested a loan car (the same or better) whilst the work gets done and promised a call back. It is now April (5 months after the service) and still nothing. Is this why I did not buy my car at your dealership???
Be careful of taking your car to Lindsay Saker Alberton - they dont do what they say and you drive out being completely done it.
Lindsay Saker - what exactly are you going to do to fix this?
