I bought a laptop from fonechoice. The screen cracked in my warm car. I do have insurance and got fonechoice to pick up my laptop for repair. That was 8 weeks ago. Since then i phoned weekly to get progress on my repair. With NO luck. Eerytime the answer is the same. They are waiting for response from warehouse, then they realised was not loaded, then they were waiting for response from insurance to give go ahead to do the repair. Still nothing. I requested that a supervisor please contact insurance and give me a call back. After 3 attempts still no response from fonechoice. I am losing income due to this and just need an answer of where my laptop is. I am sure i could have get it repaired myself very quicker. This is unacceptable after service from them. They can at least phone back.
