This is 3rd times I am trying to follow up on the status of my parcel on "HELLO PETER", so that I can get someone from SA post office to response on the matter, as the customer services telephone lines or JIMC telephone lines it seems that NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE CALLS.
Tracking number: II295033262ZA The track and trace said that the parcel was in the transit on the 13th May. And it should be delivered to the local post office near my house. But I had been calling Post Office in Lyttelton branch and they said they never received the parcel.
Can someone PLEASE CHECK AND TELL ME WHERE IS MY PARCEL??? It has been two weeks passed and nothing happened!!!
