Complaint / review text:
My money has been drawn by epoch.com from my credit card for a transaction for another service. The credit card somehow was blocked right after my billing and the service was denied. Now epoch has not refunded my payment. I have already contacted them by phone and via email and chat support. I also spoke to my bank. But the problem lies with epoch.com. I recently contacted them through csmanagers@epoch.com, but I have not received a reply so far.
