Complaint / review text:
My car was towed to Renault on a Tuesday morning (by the AA). When I phoned Renault at 10:30 I was told my car had not yet arrived. The service manager promised he will phone me back as soon as the car arrived.
I then immediately phoned the AA and found out my car had already been dropped off at Renault earlier that morning.
At 1pm I gave up waiting and phoned Renault again only to find out my car had already been booked in. Similar promises for updates were repeatedly made over the 4 day period my car was booked in.in short, no effort was made to keep me informed of the state of my vehicle.
To top it off when I went to collect my car on the Saturday my key had been misplaced (luckily I had brought the spare key). I had to go pick up the key the following Monday when it was found
