Complaint / review text:
Extremely disappointed with Renault in general. Poor service received from Imperial Multifranchise in Paarden Eiland Cape Town when taking my wife's car for service. Then my brake discs that were fitted approximately 15,000 kms are now needing replacement due to defective brake pads (confirmed by Renault SA). However, after 2 weeks and many phone calls to your call centre (dealing with a guy by the name of Reggie) my wife is still driving a car with defective brake discs/pads. This issue has been dragging on for more than 2 weeks and still no resolution. The Imperial Paarder Eiland are worst since I can never get hold of the service manager who promised me more than a week ago that this would be addressed. Avoid buying a Renault if you want quality, service and a product that delivers on its promises. Prove me wrong since my message I sent has not been replied to yet.
