Complaint / review text:
My insurer requested Kwikot to replace our burst geyser, because it is still under warranty... Kwikot send a message to tell me that if I don't answer my calls and if I'm not available all day, they wont came. I had to rearrange all my appointment's to be at home the whole day. At 12h00 Vincent phoned me and told me he was on his way. He confirmed my address twice. By 16h00 no one has pitched. I phoned Vincent and the phone went to voice mail. I then phoned the call centre, who put me through to Jan. He told me that Vincent would phone be within 5 minutes. No one phoned. I then tried phoning Vincent again, he told me that he couldn't find our street and left it. When I asked him why he didn't'phone he was extremely rude. He told me that it's my own fault because I gave the wrong address. He then put the phone down in my ear. I phoned Jan from Kwikot again, who told me that someone will phone me within 5 minutes, and no one phoned me. My geyser is still broken. We have been without water for 4 days now. I have a 2 and a 4 year old... Why do I have to accept such rude and disgusting behavior from a supplier??? Kwikot you are a disgrace!!!
