Once again no delivery of my Sunday Times. Phoned to get it delivered.
I do not subscribe to the st to get it delivered at around 10:30.
This is the fourth posting on HP in about ten weeks regarding the dismal Sunday Times delivery service. It just does not get any better. Last week the delivery was really late - due to a "press breakdown".
This week I'll wait for Colleen's call to apologise and then no doubt I'll post another complaint in a week or two because of the continuing dismal "service". This is becoming boring. Imagine being in business and unable to fix an issue like this, knowing that you will lose future business over it.
