During the postal strike i paid a courier to collect my undelivered paid for issues at Jacklin Enterprises in Midrand. After struggling 4 days to get the issues handed to the courier company i was charged for the issues that was paid for in previous months. I phoned the call center and they assured me that my account would be corrected after a week with no response i went to the bank and reversed the debit order. This was December 2014.in January 2015 i phoned again an still nothing was done. After a huge battle over the phone my account was sorted. The post office posted back the issues not collected, i already had them!!! Today i phoned to find out when my next delivery will be they informed me that my subscription was cancelled and i have a credit on my account of R 205 odd. When i requested my refund the consultant informed me it would take 14 to 28 workings day to be refunded. Really i mean fast to collect but not so fast to refund.
