I had a prepaid electricity meter installed about 4 months ago, they took a final reading with photographs. We received the final bill, paid it as well as buying prepaid electricity. The first month they cut my electricity for not paying, my wife went to the department, yet again paid an outstanding amount as well as bought prepaid. The end of that month they cut my electricity again for non payment of account, every time we query the account they come and take photos of the prepaid meter because there is no record of such a meter being installed in my house. My wife just phoned me to tell me that they have just cut my electricity again for non payment of the estimated electricity usage for the month of August. We are now paying for prepaid electricity as well the normal estimated electrical usage.
