My wife has been waiting for her UIF payment ever since our child was born on the 25th of February 2015 and today it the 13th of April 2015, everything was signed and submitted to them but still nothing is happen, you call them and they make u hold for minutes on end then they will just transfer the call to someone else who has no clue who he/her is talking to, then they will ask the same question and do the whole conforming again then they will say ok give me your number and i will call back which they never do! Then i would call again the next day, the next week still nothing plus they talk to me as if im stupid and im just worrying them and keeping them away from other work!!! Hello im they work! But they just too lazy and rude to help people, i mean if u working for Government i think you should be doing all you can to help and not to look down and be less interested to help! Pinetown home affairs you guys suck! YOU ARE USELESS, you dont even have a Complaints department, im a black South African and im not proud to be part of such Disgusting service you people give!
