Complaint / review text:
A year ago I contracted Keller Williams to sell my deceased father's home. The home was on a residential lot but could be sold as a home as long as the house was there.
My realtor brought in a commercial realtor with KW to help. Just as the listing was about to expire, I mentioned to the commercial realtor I would take less for the property. That realtor then contacted investors and provided the lowest possible price (which was 30K less than the listed price) - she didn't even try any price between the two. She found an investor, who she knew well and came back to me with an offer even 5K less than what I told her was my lowest price point.
She then told me she would be representing the investor and sent me back to the original realtor with KW. Turned out I ended up paying all the closing costs and feel like I have been abused.
I don't think one should represent you, find out lowest price points then jump ship to represent a buyer to watch out for their best interest. I am going to file a complaint with the TRS.
