I sent an e-mail to Pretor group on 20/10/2014 complaining that my property needs to be fixed by them after I had a burst geyser. The burst geyser was fixed but it left the bathroom wall and light damaged. This took place after I was not paying my account due to no response from them. When they threatened to hand over my account to lawyers I told them my reason for skipping my payments. Frances Scheepers handed my case to the relevant people to go and check the damage to the property and provide feedback. I haven't received feedback from them ever since but I keep paying my account. They are not doing their job but I keep paying the account what am I paying Pretor for? I want the damage to my bathroom fixed, I am renting out this place and how can I get income when the property is so badly damaged?
