Residential Lease Deposit Dispute

I signed a lease with Limestone in April 2014. We were shown a unit identical to one interested in we were promised the units were the same. To secure unit we paid the deposit &month's rent up front, I received key's on the 1st April, I was handed a unit that was FILTHY. Limestone assured they would fix it but NOTHING was done they only replaced 1 stove plate, &smashed window. We painted, resealed bath, fixed granite, cupboards. 2 weeks later our unit flooded wit sewerage, we phoned Limestone & 4 assistance, but no 1 assisted us, we dealt with gushing sewerage 4-5hrs. I sent mails to detail the damage done by the flood. On the 21st of March 2015 after intent to vacate we repainted. We felt that we owed it to the next tenant to move into a clean unit. On the 26th March 2015 we met up with an agent Phindi for inspection she noted a window that was cracked by garden service&cracked door which was part of our snag list that I signed nect to (I was told would not be my problem upon my vacancy). On the 31st March 2015 Limestone stated the walls were poorly painted, & that there would be deductions. We repainted with an A grade PVA. All of a sudden there are issues. I truly feel this is completely unacceptable
