Cancelled my account. And I paid the settlement amount. It was July the 02. And past few weeks I been called by itc to settle multichoice account which was sorted long time ago. Last month I called them and I was told that the money is lying on their suspense account. They gave me the ref number and I paid. This is reflecting bad on my name with employees at multichoice not doing what they suppose to do. Please can you help.
