Double Billing of DSTV Account

I am extremely unhappy with Multichoice at the moment. Please people, watch your accounts carefully since they started double billing me on mine for the last two months (July & August). I have paid R1500 for these two months respectively, where in the past and after purchase of my Explora decoder I was only paying half of that on a monthly basis. I have since tried to resolve the issue on three separate occasions without any luck or resolve. My enquiries were either met with empty promises, complete ignorance, complete incompetence and superior arrogance (during my last call). I have been promised that the money would be reimbursed, which didn't happen. I have been promised that the calls be retrieved, the issue resolved and I will be contacted back: which also didn't happen. So far, I can honestly say that this is, without a doubt, the WORST experience I have had with Multichoice/DSTV thus far and I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription with them - which will be a pity, since I've been a long-time customer with them. Please people, watch out for this!!!
