Bad service from call centre

I have a dstv explorer and a HD Decoder, but the HD decoder is not working, I have tried to get this problem resolved since Friday 19 September, but when I phone they tell me that they will get back to me.

The Decoder tells me no response from the primary decoder, but yet I have to still pay for my decoder but I am unable to watch any shows on dstv.

This is appaling, when is someone going to fix this problem.
