Ordered 2 x Explorers via DPP. Only received one. (On the 23 September already!!!) Already logged a complaint on hellopeter. Phone multichoice daily, and get the same respond daily. We PROMISE you that we will sort this out TODAY. Case # 5527502. I never hear from that person again.
Response on hellopeter, "We are looking into it", Have not had any further feedback. I can't understand the issue.
Just send me another decoder. I pay for this service, it is not a present that I am asking for. All that I want is for somebody to do their job. SEND ME MY DECODER!!! I don't want to pay the 2 year contract price, and not be able to install the thing, because the second one is not delivered. I cannot get the installer out twice.
I am really at my wits end. Have been a DSTV subscriber for years!!! I feel that I need to start begging before anything is done.
