On 11 August 2014 I ordered a DSTV explora decoder by sending an sms to 32444. I was contacted by an agent who assisted me to make the order. However on 15 Aug I placed a call to the same number and was contacted again - this time i called to Cancel the order.
However, the next day the decoder was delivered. I've been trying since then to return the Unopened and Unused decoder. I placed many calls to the call center who where agents tell me its 'another' unit that deals with this and they will escalate my call.
On the 26th Sep, I received a call from a 'Enos' regarding the returning of the decoder. He said that I would be called within the next few days to confirm the pick up address. Till today, NO ONE has call me and I still have the decoder, sealed and unopened.
I am also paying a fee every month for the decoder that I requested to cancel!
