I have to constantly waste my time, effort and money on a monthly basis to sort out my account with Multichoice. When the account is suspended there is no option to speak to a consultant, just options on where to pay. I feel like this is similar tactics used at municipal offices..."pay now and we will deal with your query later". Why are we treated like criminals? I have not received a statement or system notification in the last 3 months?
After submitting an online enquiry, visiting your office, and finally getting through a call centre agent after making payment, my account was in order for 2 days.
My account is now suspended AGAIN and my account is in a credit.
Look at your records multichoice, as to how many times I have made contact for queries related to my account?
