Not able to cope with their own equipment 4 Tune

On Friday I received a letter telling me that Multichoice will not be in a position to fix or maintain the 4 tuner decoder they sold. I had a decoder care contract on this decoder that is suppose to cover the decoder when it breaks etc. And all they offer is a mere R300 discount to buying a new decoder to replace a decoder where I spent over R1600 on a decoder care contract to maintain a decoder. Above all this to add insult to the matter they offer the new decoder on their website to everybody at a reduced rate of R210 in any case.
So you as the users pay e premium for a 4 tuner decoder for extra functionality, you pay an extra R1600 for decoder care and then get told you have to but a new decoder with less functionality at a mere R90 discount.

Sorry this is not acceptable, either pay me back my decoder care fees, replace my decoder with a new
decoder or maintain what I currently have.
