I am so sick and tired about the service multichoice has been giving me for the past two weeks. On the first of this month i paid my dstv account and on the second i also paid the reconnection fee but they did not activate my account i had to call them and tell them to activate my account but they didn't and told me that it was not reflecting on their system so i had to email them the proof of payment. I did all that but they didn't activate it and i have been calling for the past 2 weeks and they have been telling me that they are still looking into this matter up until today my account is still not activated. When you are calling them their consultants are even rude.
