Complaint / review text:
I sent an sms to dpp or something for the R799pm deal for an explorer - the docoder got delivered no problem, except I went onto the multichoice website to register this decoder but website says it cannot find this decoder. I connected the decoder and it also returns an error on screen telling me to call multichoice for help.
I called multichoice and they say they cannot pick the decoder up on system, I called their customer service and technical department.
I called on the dot as they delivered the decoder, and they say the decoder is loaded on their system and multichoice should be able to pick in up on their system.
I then called multichoice again and they still cannot find the decoder and insist I contact on the dot for help, they say there is nothing they can do as they cannot find this decoder on their system.
I had to now again call on the dot to help by contacting multichoice to resolve the issue so they confirm they can pick this decoder up on their system OR replace this decoder with one that is on multichoice.
I am still waiting after many emails and calls to help, nobody calls me back as promised, and its holidays so i will go for 5 days without help.
